Shipping and Returns

Creative Fish Pottery ships via USPS, costs are calculated at check-out time. 

 If your address needs special instructions please write them in the order notes section. 

Special instructions could be to leave packages at a front or back door or to include a special note for the receiver. 

 We usually ship in-stock items within three days of receipt of the order. If the item is out of stock,  you will be receiving an email with the estimated date items will be ready to ship. Please keep in mind that everything is  hand make and hand glazed, which can lead to a delay in shipping, especially with our personalized pottery items. 

Please remember everything is a handmade one of a kind item and that you are supporting a small business. However,  we understand there may be some cases that a return is needed. Returns accepted with prior approval only. No returns will be accepted after ten days of receipt of shipment. If you need to make a return, please email us at bethanymackey@yahoo.com.  Items will be returned at the buyers expense.  Refunds will be released once the item(s) have been received and deemed in as good of shape that it was sent to you.

 If your pottery arrives damaged, save breakage and packing materials, take a picture of everything , items and packaging,  and email us at bethanymackey@yahoo.com so we can file a damage claim through USPS.  

If choosing an in person pick-up, please put in the comments section of order a few good days and times that are best for pick-up.  Creative Fish' Studio is a working studio that is available by appointment ONLY.
